I am an Assistant Professor of Tourism Marketing at the Department of Travel and Tourism of Yarmouk University, Jordan. I received my PhD in Tourism Marketing from Bournemouth University, UK in 2010. I received my MA in Tourism Management from ournemouth University, UK in 2002. I received my MSc in Science Communication from Dalarna University, Sweden in 2007. I received my BA in Business Administration from Yarmouk University, Jordan in 1988.
My research interests include: destination marketing; destination image; health and wellness tourism; education tourism; tourist behaviour and motivation; MICE tourism; religious tourism; tourism handicrafts; museum studies.
